Haldyn Glass's board on May 29, 2025 approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue grew ~21% YoY to Rs. 36,160 lakhs, partly aided by a low base in FY24 when a furnace was shut for relining (Jun–Sep 2023). However, standalone profit after tax fell ~31% to Rs. 1,296.51 lakhs, and consolidated PAT declined ~23% to Rs. 1,881.34 lakhs, as higher finance costs (Rs. 1,495 lakhs) and depreciation (Rs. 2,875 lakhs) ate into margins. Auditors KNAV & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.70 per share (same as last year), subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, CFO Ganesh Prasad Chaturvedi retires effective May 31, 2025 (on attaining retirement age), and Jitendra Karamchandani has been appointed as the new CFO from June 1, 2025.
Mixed read — strong revenue rebound is positive, but sharp PAT decline and margin compression may weigh on sentiment. The maintained dividend and orderly CFO transition offer some comfort to shareholders.
