Haleos Labs informs shareholders of IEPF share transfer

Haleos Labs Limited (formerly SMS Lifesciences India Limited) has notified shareholders that equity shares linked to unclaimed dividends for seven consecutive years (from FY 2018-19 onwards) will be transferred to the IEPF Suspense Account under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Individual notices have been sent to affected shareholders (e.g., one with folio 51172 holding Rs. 9 in total unclaimed dividends across six years). Shareholders must claim their dividends by 5 November 2026, failing which shares will be transferred by 7 November 2026. Public notices were also published in Business Standards and Telugu Prabha.
