Appointment of Secretarial Auditor

At its 38th AGM on September 30, 2025, Hampton Sky Realty Ltd (formerly Ritesh Properties and Industries) approved multiple changes. Mr. Kavya Arora was appointed as Managing Director for 3 years (till August 2028), filling the vacancy created by his father Mr. Sanjeev Arora's resignation to become a Cabinet Minister. Ms. Ketki Gupta, Kavya's sister and also a promoter family member, was appointed as Joint Managing Director for the same 3-year term. HDSG & Associates was appointed as statutory auditor for 5 years, replacing Khandelwal Jain & Co. whose term concluded at this AGM. MZ & Associates was appointed as secretarial auditor for 5 years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30). The company also amended its MOA by adding new objects to expand operations into the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, tourism, and travel services.
