Hampton Sky Realty Ltd (formerly Ritesh Properties and Industries) has filed copies of its unaudited Q2 FY26 results published in Financial Express and Jansatta (Delhi edition). On a standalone basis, total income from operations fell sharply to Rs. 30.08 lakhs (from Rs. 165.91 lakhs in the previous quarter), and the company slipped to a net loss of Rs. 33.35 lakhs versus a small profit of Rs. 3.34 lakhs in Q2 FY25; H1 FY26 standalone loss narrowed to Rs. 169.83 lakhs from Rs. 493.12 lakhs a year ago. On a consolidated basis, the quarter turned into a net loss of Rs. 559.69 lakhs (vs. profit of Rs. 139.39 lakhs in Q2 FY25), with H1 FY26 loss of Rs. 791.60 lakhs against a profit of Rs. 1,365.62 lakhs in H1 FY25. The company notes that consolidated results were impacted by joint venture losses arising from cumulative losses at the JV level. Standalone EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. (0.85).
Weak quarterly revenue, a return to standalone losses, and a sharp swing to consolidated losses driven by JV stress point to ongoing operational and partnership-level challenges — likely negative for investor sentiment and near-term stock performance.
