Happiest Minds Technologies Limited reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 2,31,511 lakhs, up 12.3% from Rs 2,06,084 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax grew 15.1% to Rs 21,262 lakhs from Rs 18,466 lakhs. The Board approved a final dividend of Rs 3.65 per share (face value Rs 2), subject to shareholder approval at the July 28, 2026 AGM. Deloitte Haskins & Sells was reappointed as statutory auditors for a second term of 5 years (FY26-27 to FY30-31). The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. Exceptional items of Rs 1,859 lakhs were recognized, primarily from fair value changes in earn-out contingent consideration for acquisitions and impact of new Labour Codes.
