Haria Apparels reported Q1 FY26 unaudited results with total income of Rs 156.39 lakhs, sharply higher than Rs 59.47 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. For the first time in recent periods, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 96.62 lakhs (nil in Q1 FY25), while other income stayed steady at Rs 59.77 lakhs. Net profit swung to Rs 32.24 lakhs from a loss of Rs 4.45 lakhs, translating to EPS of Rs 0.21 versus Rs (0.03) earlier. The results were approved by the board on August 14, 2025, and auditor Rakchamps & Co. LLP issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report. Notably, the previous-year balance sheet shows reserves at negative Rs 616.16 lakhs, indicating accumulated losses despite the current-quarter turnaround.
The return to profitability and the start of operational revenue are encouraging signs, but negative reserves remain a structural red flag. For a small company with Rs 15.29 crore paid-up capital, investors should monitor whether the new operational revenue stream sustains beyond this quarter.
