Hariom Pipe Industries reported FY25 standalone revenue of Rs. 1,35,704.88 lakhs, up about 18% from Rs. 1,15,318.77 lakhs in FY24. Net profit for FY25 rose to Rs. 6,172.60 lakhs from Rs. 5,679.95 lakhs, with basic EPS of Rs. 20.25. The board declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.61 per share (6.1%) on a face value of Rs. 10. The company also received a Letter of Award from MSEDCL for a 60 MW solar power project, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Hariom Power and Energy for renewable energy initiatives, and received CRISIL A-/A2+ ratings for its bank facilities. R Kabra & Co LLP continues as statutory auditor with an unmodified opinion, while M/s. Ravi Ladia & Co. was newly appointed as internal auditor for FY26. The board also extended the Ultra Pipes manufacturing facility lease from 40 to 99 years to support long-term expansion, updated the registered office address, and re-designated four internal executives as Senior Management Personnel.
Strong revenue and profit growth in FY25, backed by a clean audit opinion, supports investor confidence. The dividend offers a modest yield, while the solar project entry and long-term lease extension signal forward-looking capacity expansion. No red flags from auditor or management changes.
