Hariom Pipe Industries has published extracts of its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY26 in Business Line (English) and Surya (Telugu) newspapers. Standalone Q4 revenue grew 9% year-on-year to Rs 1,583 crore from Rs 1,452 crore. Q4 profit after tax was Rs 353 crore versus Rs 355 crore in the prior year period. For FY26, revenue remained flat at Rs 5,984 crore while attributable net profit declined 1.8% to Rs 1,325 crore from Rs 1,349 crore in FY25. The decline was attributed to GST-related inverted duty structure impact and a weak first half. EBITDA margins stayed healthy at 32.2% for Q4 and 31.2% for the full year. The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 24 per share, taking total FY26 dividend payout to Rs 48 per share. Consolidated Q4 net profit rose to Rs 11 crore from Rs 8 crore year-on-year.
Steady Q4 revenue growth was offset by PAT decline due to GST-related tax structure impact. Healthy EBITDA margins and increased dividend payout signal operational strength despite revenue pressure. Investors should note the one-time tax impact affecting FY26 profitability.
