Hariom Pipe Industries reported strong FY26 results with revenue of ₹1,667 crore (up 23% YoY), EBITDA of ₹209 crore (up 19% YoY), and PAT of ₹76 crore (up 23% YoY). Q4 FY26 was particularly strong with PAT jumping 75% YoY to ₹30.2 crore. The company sold 2.89 lakh MT (up 18% YoY) with 96% coming from value-added products. Cash flow improved significantly to ₹192 crore with 92% EBITDA-to-cash conversion. Balance sheet strengthened with Net Debt/EBITDA improving from 1.99x to 1.65x and Debt/Equity at 0.54x. The company targets 30% volume CAGR growth for FY27 and is entering the renewable energy sector with solar tubular structures and a 60 MW solar power project through its subsidiary.
The company delivered balanced growth across scale, profitability, and cash flows with improving leverage metrics. The strong focus on value-added products and new solar energy initiatives position it well for sustained growth, though EBITDA margin compressed slightly by 36 bps to 12.56%.
