Hariom Pipe Industries reported FY26 revenue of INR 1,667 crores (23% y-o-y growth) with EBITDA of INR 209 crores (19% growth) and PAT of INR 76 crores (23% growth). Q4 FY26 was particularly strong with PAT growing 75% y-o-y to INR 30 crores. The company maintained stable EBITDA margins around 12.5-12.6%. Management guided for FY27 volume of 3,50,000-3,60,000 tonnes (20-25% growth), stating current blended EBITDA per tonne of INR 7,200-7,800 should be maintained. The 60 MW solar power project (total capex INR 240-245 crores) is progressing with 38 MW under construction and 10 MW expected to commence next month. A new subsidiary, Metal Mart Private Limited, is being set up for metal and steel trading. The Tamil Nadu plant that faced temporary Pollution Control Board closure should resume operations within 2-3 working days with minimal revenue impact.
The company delivered strong Q4 and FY26 results with improving profitability and cash generation (92% EBITDA to OCF conversion). Management's conservative guidance on margins and volume growth, while emphasizing profitability over volume chasing, suggests steady but measured expansion. The upcoming solar power project and new trading subsidiary represent diversification steps but are still in early stages.
