Hariom Pipe Industries reported Q4FY26 revenue of Rs 1,583 crore, up 9% year-on-year from Rs 1,452 crore. However, net profit after tax declined slightly to Rs 353 crore from Rs 355 crore in the same quarter last year. For the full year FY26, revenue remained flat at Rs 5,984 crore while net profit declined 1.8% to Rs 1,325 crore from Rs 1,349 crore in FY25. The company attributed the profit decline to GST-related inverted duty structure impact and a weak first half. EBITDA for FY26 stood at Rs 1,758 crore with an EBITDA margin of 31.2%. The board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 24 per share, taking total FY26 dividend payout to Rs 48 per share.
Revenue growth in Q4 shows recovery momentum, but full-year flat revenue and profit decline indicate ongoing challenges from GST duty structure. The strong dividend payout of Rs 48 per share provides shareholder returns despite profit pressure.
