Hariom Pipe Industries Limited reported audited FY26 results with Revenue from Operations growing 23% YoY to ₹1,666.95 crore from ₹1,357.05 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹209.42 crore (up 19%), while EBITDA margin was broadly stable at 12.56% vs 12.93% in FY25. PAT grew 23% YoY to ₹75.83 crore from ₹61.73 crore, with PBT up 25% to ₹103.86 crore. Operating cash flow improved significantly to ₹192.08 crore (vs ₹78.63 crore), translating into approximately 92% EBITDA-to-OCF conversion. Net Debt/EBITDA improved to 1.65x and Debt Equity ratio stood at 0.54x. The company also reduced working capital days — inventory from 128 to 99 days and receivables from 54 to 41 days.
Strong operational performance with robust cash generation and improved balance sheet metrics are positive for shareholders. However, slightly compressed EBITDA margins and a moderate leverage ratio warrant monitoring.
