Consolidated net profit after tax for FY 2026 was Rs. 1,148.24 lakh, similarly impacted. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs. 1,232.40 lakh with net profit of Rs. 502.17 lakh. The company has recommended a dividend of Rs. 23 per equity share of Rs. 100 each, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The board approved the results on May 25, 2026, and the audit committee reviewed them on the same date.
Despite revenue growth, the company saw a steep ~51% decline in net profit after tax for FY 2026, which could negatively impact investor sentiment. The recommended dividend of Rs. 23 per share provides some return support to shareholders.
