The Board of Harrisons Malayalam Limited took note of the resignation of Mr. Binu Thomas as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (effective 18th April 2026) and appointed Ms. Sandhya Gopi in his place with effect from 8th May 2026. Ms. Gopi is a qualified Company Secretary with over 7 years of experience, having previously worked at KPB Nidhi Limited, Muthoot Capital Services Limited, Prima Industries Limited, and most recently as Deputy Company Secretary at Popular Vehicles and Services Limited. Additionally, she has been designated as Nodal Officer for IEPF and Nodal Person for NFRA communication purposes.
This is a routine KMP change and replacement. The appointment brings an experienced Company Secretary to the role. No material impact on stock expected as this is a standard succession at the secretarial level.
