Harrisons Malayalam Ltd's Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Sandhya Gopi (Membership No. A62510) as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 8th May 2026. She succeeds Mr. Binu Thomas, who resigned from the role effective close of business on 18th April 2026. Ms. Gopi is also designated as the Nodal Officer for IEPF liaison and the Nodal Person for NFRA-related communication with Those Charged with Governance and the Audit Engagement Team. She brings over seven years of experience in corporate secretarial compliance, having previously worked at KPB Nidhi Limited, Muthoot Capital Services Limited, Prima Industries Limited, and most recently as Deputy Company Secretary at Popular Vehicles and Services Limited.
This is a routine compliance officer transition and carries no material governance concern. The departure of the prior Company Secretary has already been disclosed separately, and the new appointment follows standard board process via the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
