Harsha Engineers International submitted its earnings presentation for Q1 FY26 to the exchanges. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹36,529 lakhs vs ₹34,316 lakhs in Q1 FY25, with EBITDA at ₹6,616 lakhs (margin 18.1%) and PAT at ₹3,793 lakhs (margin 10.4%, EPS ₹4.17). The core Engineering India business grew ~5% sequentially to ₹25,648 lakhs with a healthy EBITDA margin of ~24.9%. The company highlighted commissioning of the HEAL Greenfield Bhayla Plant Phase-1 on June 26, 2025, ~18% YoY revenue growth at Harsha Romania signalling European demand revival, and exports from India picking up. The Bronze Bushing segment did ~₹25 crores in sales and signed a new agreement with a multinational customer with ~₹117 cr per annum revenue potential.
Sequential numbers were broadly flat since Q4 is typically the strongest quarter, but YoY growth is steady and the new Bronze Bushing order pipeline of ~₹117 cr annually provides good future revenue visibility. Near-term drag from HEAL Greenfield and Harsha Romania losses persists, though strong margins in the India Engineering business remain the key positive for shareholders.
