Harsha Engineers reported strong Q4 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of ₹4,739 crore (up 27.1% YoY) and PAT of ₹472 crore, turning profitable from a loss in Q4 FY25. For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue grew 15.6% to ₹16,653 crore with EBITDA margin improving to 17.1% from 13.1% in FY25. The India Engineering business delivered robust Q4 EBITDA margins of 24.2%, while the Solar segment posted ₹183 crore revenue with ₹10 crore PAT. Advantek showed improving capacity utilization with positive EBITDA of ₹4.48 crore. The Bushing segment grew ~25% YoY, and international subsidiaries reduced combined losses from ₹14 crore to ₹9.3 crore. A China brownfield expansion is underway, expected to be operational by H2 FY28.
