Harshdeep Hortico Ltd has informed BSE that the trademark 'HARSHDEEP', previously held in the name of Mr. Hitesh Chunilal Shah (Managing Director) as a sole proprietor, has now been transferred and assigned to the company. The transfer was done through an assignment deed at NIL consideration, meaning no money changed hands. The company has already applied to the Trademark Registry to officially record this ownership change. The company says this move is part of its strategy to consolidate all intellectual property under the corporate entity to strengthen brand ownership and long-term value creation.
