Haryana Capfin has submitted to BSE copies of the newspaper advertisements publishing its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, which appeared in Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshadeep on 15 November 2025. For Q2 FY26, the company reported total income of Rs 1,116.72 lakhs (vs Rs 1,093.66 lakhs in Q2 FY25) and a net profit after tax of Rs 13.93 lakhs, more than double the Rs 6.28 lakhs earned a year earlier. For H1 FY26, net profit after tax rose to Rs 13.96 lakhs from Rs 9.88 lakhs in the same period last year, on total income of Rs 2,295.30 lakhs (vs Rs 1,901.70 lakhs). Notably, Total Comprehensive Income showed a sharp negative figure of Rs (4,638.63) lakhs for Q2 and Rs (6,148.70) lakhs for H1, indicating large mark-to-market losses on the company's investment portfolio, even as the underlying P&L remained profitable.
Operating profitability improved modestly year-on-year, but the sizeable other comprehensive loss signals significant unrealised depreciation in the value of the company's investments, which investors should examine in the detailed results before drawing conclusions about overall performance.
