Havells India has published a public notice in Economic Times (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on 13th May 2025 ahead of its 42nd Annual General Meeting, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. The 42nd AGM is scheduled for 17th June 2025 at 11:00 AM, to be held via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means only. The notice confirms a Final Dividend of Rs. 6.00 per equity share (face value Re. 1) for FY 2024-25, recommended by the Board on 22nd April 2025. The Record Date has been fixed as 25th May 2025, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books remaining closed from 26th to 30th May 2025 (both days inclusive).
