Hazoor Multi Projects Limited reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 December 2025) unaudited results along with appointment of a new Independent Director and Company Secretary. Standalone revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs 7,597 lakhs, down from Rs 8,407 lakhs in the previous quarter but up from Rs 5,676 lakhs a year ago. Nine-month standalone revenue grew about 55% year-on-year to Rs 25,920 lakhs, with profit after tax rising to Rs 1,243 lakhs from Rs 786 lakhs. Consolidated nine-month profit, however, fell sharply to Rs 1,031 lakhs from Rs 2,319 lakhs, partly because subsidiary Vyom Hydrocarbon (VHPL) and its step-down subsidiary Quippo Oil & Gas ceased to be subsidiaries in December 2025 after debenture conversion diluted HMPL's stake below majority. Mr. Kiran Vasantrao Kurundkar, a retired IAS officer, joined as an Additional Independent Director for five years, and Mrs. Anushree Tekriwal was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Strong standalone growth in both revenue and profits is positive, but the steep drop in consolidated profits and the loss of a subsidiary (VHPL/Quippo) due to involuntary dilution are points investors should watch closely. The new independent director brings government administration experience, and the new company secretary addresses a key compliance position.
