The Board of Directors of Hazoor Multi Projects Limited met on May 30, 2025, and approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 39,475.68 lakhs (from Rs 48,985.04 lakhs in FY24) and standalone profit dropped sharply to Rs 1,409.35 lakhs (from Rs 5,487.50 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to Rs 63,768 lakhs but profit declined to Rs 3,997.59 lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.20 (20%) per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved a proposal to list the company's securities on the NSE Main Board, re-appointed N. Ritesh & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26, and accepted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Robert Jonathan Moses (already disclosed on May 26).
Sharply lower standalone profits despite a stronger consolidated performance suggest margin pressure at the standalone level, which may weigh on the stock. The proposed NSE Main Board listing could improve liquidity and visibility, while the small 20% dividend offers limited income to shareholders.
