HCL Infosystems has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 6th August 2025 at the company's office in Noida. The main item on the agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 (Q1 FY26), on both a standalone and consolidated basis.
