HCLTech appoints Jacob Dahl as Independent Director for 5 years

HCLTech has appointed Jacob Christian Dahl, aged 62, as an Independent Director on its Board effective July 13, 2026, for a five year term ending July 12, 2031. Dahl brings nearly four decades of experience in banking and financial services. He currently serves as Independent Director at Danske Bank and previously spent over 25 years at McKinsey as a Senior Partner, holding global leadership roles. He will also join the Nomination and Remuneration Committee from July 31, 2026. Shareholder approval will be sought at the next AGM.
