HDB Financial to reissue 3-year bonds, bankers say

HDB Financial Services is set to reissue 3-year bonds at a yield of 7.75%, with commitment bids invited on Wednesday. The issue size is 4 billion rupees plus a greenshoe option of 6 billion rupees, carrying a AAA rating from Crisil and Care. HDB Financial is the non-banking financial arm of HDFC Bank.
