HDFC Bank vs ICICI Bank vs Yes Bank: Which stock to buy after Q1 results 2026?

HDFC Bank posted Q1 FY27 net profit of ₹19,060 crore (up 5% YoY) with NII at ₹33,534 crore and NIM of 3.26%, as net NPAs edged up marginally to ₹12,357 crore. ICICI Bank reported a stronger 16% YoY profit growth to ₹14,804.50 crore with NII rising 12.7% to ₹24,384 crore, NIM at 4.36%, GNPA ratio improving to 1.38%, and total advances up 19.6% YoY. Yes Bank delivered 33.7% YoY profit growth to ₹1,071 crore with NIM improving 20bps to 2.7%, advances rising 18.3% YoY and retail disbursements surging 27.5% YoY.
