HDFC Mutual Fund buys additional 10 lakh shares of Global Health for Rs 130 crore

HDFC Mutual Fund bought an additional 10 lakh shares of Global Health, which operates Medanta Hospitals, for about Rs 130 crore via a block deal at an average price of Rs 1,300 apiece, representing a 0.37 per cent stake. The shares were offloaded by co-founder Sunil Sachdeva, who held 10.79 per cent in the company as of the March quarter. Separately, Global Health reported a 39.7 per cent year-on-year rise in Q4 FY26 profit after tax to Rs 141.7 crore on revenue of Rs 1,159 crore.
