Healthy Investments Limited has appointed Mr. Manish Kumar Shukla as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from May 22, 2026. He brings over 8 years of experience in Corporate Law, Securities Law, and Capital Market Regulations. Mr. Shukla is the Founder of Uni Legal, a Hyderabad-based corporate legal firm. He holds a Master's Degree in Commerce, a Master's Degree in Law, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also registered with the Independent Director Data Bank of IICA. The appointment is for a term of 5 consecutive years, subject to approval by the company's members. He is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
