Healthy Life Agritec Ltd has received three key statutory approvals for its new manufacturing unit coming up in Obadenahalli Industrial Area, Doddaballapura, Bangalore Rural. These are: (1) Factory License from the Karnataka Department of Factories issued on July 9, 2025, (2) Consent to Establish (CTE) from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board issued on July 3, 2025 and valid until June 30, 2030, and (3) Fire Safety Recommendation from the Karnataka Fire and Emergency Services Department issued on July 15, 2025. The unit is being set up to manufacture sauces — Green Chilli, Red Chilli, Soya, and Tomato Sauce — at 13 metric tonnes per month each. The facility has a plinth area of about 750 sq. mtrs on a 870 sq. mtrs site. This follows the company's earlier intimation dated December 23, 2024 about establishing the new unit.
Positive for shareholders as the company has cleared important regulatory hurdles for its new Bangalore unit, paving the way for trial runs and eventual commercial production. However, actual commissioning and revenue contribution are still some time away, and the company must still secure Consent to Operate before starting production.
