HEG Limited published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a standalone Q4 loss of ₹163.19 crore versus a loss of ₹61.68 crore in Q4 FY25, with revenue at ₹603.21 crore. For the full year FY26, standalone net profit jumped to ₹180.72 crore from ₹101.31 crore in FY25, while total income rose to ₹2,568.50 crore from ₹2,152.71 crore (19% YoY growth). Consolidated net profit for FY26 stood at ₹337.97 crore versus ₹118.61 crore in FY25. Standalone EPS improved to ₹9.36 from ₹5.25, while consolidated EPS nearly tripled to ₹17.69 from ₹5.96. The results include the wholly-owned subsidiaries TACC, HEG Graphite, and Bhilwara Infotechnology, plus associates Bhilwara Energy and Texnere India.
Strong full-year performance with near-tripling of consolidated EPS reflects robust revenue growth and operational improvement, though Q4 losses may cause short-term volatility if investors focus on the quarterly miss rather than annual outperformance.
