HEG Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 20th August 2025 at 12:30 p.m. via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) only, with no physical presence of members. The deemed venue is the company's registered office at Mandideep, near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility and the record date for dividend entitlement is Wednesday, 13th August 2025, and the share transfer books will remain closed from 14th to 20th August 2025. Remote e-voting will be open from 16th August (9:00 a.m.) to 19th August (5:00 p.m.) via NSDL.
