HEG Limited has announced that its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 20th August 2025 at 12:30 p.m. via video conferencing, with no physical attendance allowed. The company has fixed 13th August 2025 as both the record date (to determine members entitled to the dividend) and the cut-off date (to determine e-voting eligibility). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 14th August 2025 to 20th August 2025. Remote e-voting will be open from 16th August (9:00 a.m.) to 19th August 2025 (5:00 p.m.) via NSDL.
