HeidelbergCement India has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 in Business Standard (English, all editions) and Business Standard (Hindi, Delhi edition) on 30 July 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. The Q1 FY26 numbers show revenue from operations of ₹5,975.4 million, up about 12.3% from ₹5,321.9 million in Q1 FY25. Total expenses rose to ₹5,423.9 million from ₹4,908.5 million a year ago. Profit before tax grew roughly 20.8% to ₹645.9 million, and net profit rose to ₹482.3 million from ₹399.0 million, a 20.9% YoY increase. Basic and diluted EPS came in at ₹2.13 versus ₹1.76 in the same quarter last year. The board approved the results on 29 July 2025 after audit committee review.
The filing itself is a routine regulatory disclosure, but the underlying results are clearly positive for shareholders, with double-digit growth in both revenue and profit and a notable jump in EPS. Investors may view this as a sign of operating momentum heading into the rest of FY26.
