HeidelbergCement India has published its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026. For the full year, revenue from operations grew to Rs 23,296 million from Rs 21,489 million in the previous year. Profit before tax increased to Rs 1,838 million from Rs 1,458 million, while net profit rose to Rs 1,331 million from Rs 1,068 million. Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 5.91 from Rs 4.71. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7 per share (700%) in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 0.45 already paid in November 2025. Exceptional items of Rs 80.4 million were recognized due to the implementation of new Labour Codes by the Government of India, which increased employee benefit liabilities.
The company delivered strong growth in revenue and profitability for FY 2025-26, with nearly 25% increase in net profit. The recommendation of a substantial final dividend combined with improved earnings signals positive shareholder returns and operational strength in the cement business.
