Helpage Finlease Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 at 4:00 PM at the registered office in Delhi. The main agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 (Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26).
