Helpage Finlease Ltd has published its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, as required by SEBI listing rules. Total income from operations rose to about Rs 34.46 lakh in Q3 FY26, up roughly 41% from Rs 24.40 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the nine-month period, revenue nearly doubled to Rs 1.00 crore from Rs 55.73 lakh, an increase of about 80% YoY. Profit before exceptional items jumped to Rs 14.05 lakh in Q3 (from Rs 4.86 lakh) and to Rs 34.47 lakh for 9M FY26 (from Rs 11.29 lakh), showing more than a threefold YoY rise. The board approved the results on February 13, 2026, and the newspaper publication appeared in Financial Express and Jansatta on February 14, 2026.
