Hercules Investments Limited held an EOGM on May 25, 2026 via Video Conferencing. The meeting passed a special resolution clarifying and confirming the continuation of Shri Shekhar Bajaj as Non-Executive Director after attaining the age of 75. The resolution was needed because there was ambiguity in the wording of an earlier shareholder approval regarding the continuing effect of his directorship. The Board clarified that the earlier approval was intended as a continuing approval and that there was no break or lapse in his office. Jayavanth Mallya, Independent Director, chaired the meeting since the resolution concerned Shri Shekhar Bajaj. Shareholders also inquired about the impact of war/geopolitical tensions on the company's business.
