Heritage Foods has filed copies of its newspaper advertisement publishing the audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹41,624.68 million in FY25 from ₹38,058.69 million in FY24, while consolidated profit after tax jumped to ₹1,870.00 million from ₹1,054.91 million, taking FY25 EPS to ₹20.29 versus ₹11.48 last year. Q4 FY25 consolidated PAT, however, dipped to ₹376.83 million from ₹427.89 million in Q4 FY24 even as revenue rose to ₹10,549.95 million. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share (50% on face value of ₹5). Results include an exceptional impairment provision of ₹234.85 million on the Heritage Novandie Foods JV investment, with the company proposing to buy out the JV partner's stake for ₹85 million.
Full-year earnings show strong YoY profit growth of nearly 77% on the consolidated basis, which is a positive signal for shareholders, supported by a ₹2.50 per share final dividend. The sequential Q4 profit dip and the JV impairment charge are mild negatives but overall the year-end print is constructive for the stock.
