Hero MotoCorp emails shareholders on TDS for Final Dividend FY26

Hero MotoCorp has emailed shareholders about TDS on the final dividend of Rs 75 per share (3750 percent on Rs 2 face value) recommended for FY 2025-26, pending AGM approval. Record date is July 24, 2026. Resident shareholders face 10 percent TDS with valid PAN, 20 percent without PAN or if PAN not linked with Aadhaar. Non-residents face 20 percent or DTAA rates. Shareholders must submit forms and declarations via KFin Technologies by July 18, 2026. Dividend will be paid electronically within 30 days of AGM declaration.
