Hero MotoCorp has filed newspaper copies of its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025, as required by SEBI listing rules. The Board approved these results at its meeting on May 13, 2025. Standalone revenue fell to Rs. 9,939 Cr in Q4 (down 4% YoY) and Rs. 40,756 Cr for the full year (down 9% YoY), while consolidated revenue was Rs. 9,970 Cr in Q4 (down 4%) and Rs. 40,923 Cr for FY25 (down 8%). Standalone profit after tax declined 6% to Rs. 1,081 Cr in Q4 and 16% to Rs. 4,610 Cr for the year, but consolidated PAT grew 24% to Rs. 1,169 Cr in Q4 and 17% to Rs. 4,376 Cr for FY25. The company has declared a final dividend of Rs. 65 per share, taking total FY25 dividend to Rs. 165 per share (including Rs. 100 interim).
The filing itself is just a regulatory newspaper publication of results already approved on May 13, so no new information for shareholders. However, the underlying numbers show a weak standalone performance with revenue and profit declines for the year, while the healthy Rs. 165 total dividend offers some support to income-focused investors.
