Hero MotoCorp has submitted to NSE and BSE a newspaper advertisement containing its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 47. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 9,579 Crores from Rs. 10,144 Crores a year earlier, a drop of about 5.6% year-on-year. Standalone profit after tax (PAT) was almost flat at Rs. 1,126 Crores versus Rs. 1,123 Crores. On a consolidated basis, revenue declined to Rs. 9,728 Crores from Rs. 10,211 Crores, but consolidated PAT jumped sharply to Rs. 1,706 Crores from Rs. 1,032 Crores, a rise of roughly 65%.
Weaker standalone revenue may weigh on near-term sentiment, but the strong consolidated PAT growth suggests better performance from subsidiaries or associates. Investors will look to the full results filing for margin, volume and outlook details before drawing firmer conclusions.
