Corrigendum to 39th AGM notice fixes Executive Director pay figure

Hester Biosciences issued a corrigendum to its 39th AGM notice (meeting on 21 July 2026 via video conferencing). A clerical error in Ms. Priya Gandhi's remuneration (Executive Director re-appointment, Item 6) was corrected from INR 8.40 lakh per month to INR 10 lakh per month, in line with board-approved terms. AGM agenda also covers adoption of FY26 standalone and consolidated financials, dividend of INR 11 per share, re-appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Gandhi (Non-Executive Director) retiring by rotation, and ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration up to INR 0.25 million.
