Intimation of receipt of requests for reclassification from Promoters to public category in accordance with SEBI listing Regulations

Hester Biosciences has received reclassification requests from two promoters, Mr. Ravin Gandhi and Ms. Bela Gandhi, who together hold 9.45% of the company's voting rights (Ravin: 4.74% or 403,320 shares; Bela: 4.71% or 400,635 shares). Both individuals have requested to be moved from the Promoter category to the Public category under SEBI's Regulation 31A. Ravin Gandhi has already resigned from the Board of Directors as of 12 May 2026. Bela Gandhi has stated she has not been involved in management for 12 years. Both confirm their holdings are passive investments with no control over company affairs. The company will process these requests following SEBI LODR Regulations.
