HFCL has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from June 30, 2026. The closure is in line with SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and is for the purpose of considering the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are announced. The date of the board meeting to approve the results will be communicated separately.
