Hi-Klass Trading and Investment Ltd reported a strong Q3 FY26 with total income of ₹341.71 lakhs, up sharply from ₹45.06 lakhs in Q3 FY25, driven mainly by a jump in fee and commission income (₹300 lakhs vs ₹23.02 lakhs). The company swung to a profit after tax of ₹123.08 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from a loss of ₹13.15 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income rose to ₹399.51 lakhs (₹90.14 lakhs in 9M FY25) and PAT nearly tripled to ₹83.93 lakhs (₹31.11 lakhs in 9M FY25). The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion. The Board also constituted a Risk Management Committee (as per RBI norms) and confirmed that ₹12.06 crore raised via preferential warrants on 16-Dec-2025 has been used without any deviation from stated objects.
A sharp revenue and profit rebound in Q3 and 9M FY26 — especially the surge in fee income — is positive for shareholders, though the lumpiness of fee/commission income in this NBFC-style business means sustainability of these numbers should be watched. No negative auditor remarks and no fund-use deviation are reassuring.
