High Energy Batteries India has published its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and the half-year ended 30 September 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Makkal Kural (Tamil). Total income from operations stood at Rs 2,139.81 lakhs in Q2 FY26, up from Rs 1,418.21 lakhs in Q1 FY26 and Rs 1,628.58 lakhs in Q2 FY25, showing roughly 51% sequential and 31% year-on-year growth. Net profit after tax came in at Rs 201.37 lakhs for Q2 FY26, more than doubling from Rs 78.36 lakhs in the previous quarter and up from Rs 179.67 lakhs a year ago. However, on a half-year basis, PAT dropped to Rs 279.73 lakhs versus Rs 467.73 lakhs in H1 FY25. EPS for Q2 was Rs 2.25 versus Rs 2.00 in Q2 FY25.
Strong sequential recovery in revenue and profit in Q2 is positive, but the half-year PAT being notably lower than last year may temper enthusiasm. Investors should watch whether the Q2 momentum sustains through H2 to match FY25 earnings.
