High Energy Batteries posted a Q1 FY27 net loss of Rs 181.50 lakh versus a profit of Rs 78.36 lakh in Q1 FY26. Total income fell to Rs 808.87 lakh from Rs 1418.21 lakh, a drop of about 43 percent. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 788.43 lakh from Rs 1327.26 lakh. EPS was a negative Rs 2.02 against Rs 0.87 earlier. The Lead Acid Battery division remains suspended. Aerospace segment swung to a loss of Rs 195.91 lakh from a profit of Rs 159.68 lakh. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review report.
