Highness Microelectronics, a BSE-SME listed design-led electronics manufacturer serving Defence & Aerospace, Railways, Medical & Healthcare, and Industrial Automation, reported FY26 revenue of ₹1,611.92 lakh, up 15% YoY from ₹1,407.38 lakh. EBITDA rose 46% to ₹661.76 lakh with margins expanding by 894 basis points to 41.05%. Net profit surged 67% to ₹410.40 lakh and EPS jumped 67% to ₹7.95. The second half was even stronger, with H2 FY26 revenue up 46% and EBITDA up 356% YoY, and PAT turning sharply positive at ₹318.22 lakh. The company highlighted a new Strategic Alliance Agreement with Axiom Manufacturing (USA) to access North and South American markets, particularly in Defence, Aerospace, and SATCOM. The company had recently listed on the BSE SME platform on April 2, 2026 after raising ₹21.67 crore via IPO.
Strong double-digit revenue growth combined with sharp margin expansion and a 67% jump in profits signals improving operating leverage, which is typically positive for shareholder value. The strategic tie-up with a US partner could open new revenue streams, though being a small SME-listed company, liquidity and execution risks remain for retail investors.
