Hilltone Software and Gases Ltd reported FY25 revenue of ₹752.49 lakhs, up about 10% from ₹684.53 lakhs in FY24. However, the company swung to a net loss of ₹15.70 lakhs in FY25, compared to a profit of ₹50.64 lakhs in FY24. The Gases segment, which accounts for most revenue, posted a segment loss of ₹88.67 lakhs for the year, while the smaller Software segment made a ₹41.22 lakh profit. Operating cash flow improved to ₹63.92 lakhs (from a negative ₹718.38 lakhs in FY24), supported by lower working capital outflows. The auditor, K.C. Parikh & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Despite top-line growth, shareholders should note the swing to a loss and weak core Gases segment performance, which may weigh on sentiment even though the audit report is clean and debt levels remain low.
