Him Teknoforge reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 40,297.79 lakhs, up about 7.9% from Rs. 37,342.86 lakhs in FY24. Profit before tax rose to Rs. 1,290.61 lakhs (vs Rs. 970.46 lakhs), and profit after tax jumped roughly 37% to Rs. 975.80 lakhs (vs Rs. 711.17 lakhs). EPS for the year stood at Rs. 11.67 versus Rs. 9.04 previously. The statutory auditor PRA Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. However, operating cash flow collapsed to just Rs. 400.68 lakhs (from Rs. 4,187.25 lakhs), and cash on hand is thin at Rs. 2.57 lakhs, even as short-term borrowings rose to Rs. 11,479.01 lakhs and trade receivables swelled to Rs. 7,670.50 lakhs. The company also converted share warrants during the quarter, raising equity capital and continuing capex of around Rs. 2,502 lakhs.
Strong earnings growth and a clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders, but the sharp drop in operating cash flow, very low cash balance, rising receivables, and heavier short-term borrowings suggest working-capital stress that investors should monitor closely.
